Still the same - I can't quite believe it and I hope these old scales here aren't tricking me into a false sense of security. Anyway, the last of our visitors for now are leaving today so I'll have a couple of weeks of belt tightening before the next group arrives on 26th July.

Lol, that WOULD be a bit disconcerting! Are you weighing every day? Maybe that would show fluctuations so you could feel more secure? As for me--having company all summer, I would hate that. I guess since it's just me and DH we've grown accustomed to our privacy :) and I'm such a creature of habit...kind of pitiful, really...sigh...

I can't say I like it much, Baxie, the constant company. I don't mind so much when it's my family members - I live in another country after all, and their visits are planned way in advance. It's husband's friends and family - culturally, there's no expectation of pre-planning so anyone can (and will) turn up unexpectedly and expect hospitality! Very difficult, especially as I like my own routine...
