No loss but no gain either. So far I have stuck to the plan but the stress and pressures from work are causing thoughts of "comfort" food to keep popping up, breakfast (hot biscuits, pancakes, hasbrowns) may do me in.....
119.7 kg 지금까지 감소한: 9.1 kg.    남은양: 10.9 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 100%.

Oh how I know the feeling of wanting a big breakfast like that. Stay strong and resist the temptation....you are stronger than the food. 8-)
