Okay, now I've started. And have done fairly well. I haven't been super strict. I had 5 wheat thins one day because my husband had the unmitigated gall to eat them right next to me. Then I had sugar-free pudding instead of just sugar free jello made with 2% milk, which by the way is 2.00 cheaper than 1% or skim, if you can believe that. But otherwise, doing just fine. I think I started on Wednesday but I can't remember. I think I was so scared I'd sabotage myself again.
