I haven't worked out in a few weeks and I lightened up on being so strict with my diet and I still managed to lose 1 pound. I am now comfortable with eating reasonably and not following old habits that had lead me to out of control weight gain. I will resume a new workout regiment to keep my metabolism in flux and hopefully break my weight loss stagnation. I am striving for a long term life change to keep my weight down and not just a temporary goal.
