Sucking. Although 175 is not the end of the world, (I think 170 would be my ideal...wife said 165 was way too skinny) It just seems impossible not to gain on this stupid Swing/ graveyard 12.5 hour shift Im on. Yes, Ive been whining about it. Yes, I made the choice to work here, (but I was told to expect 10 hrs a shift) Im just pissed that the body seems to gain as it is confused at to what I am doing to it!And Yes, I am doing the footwork to amend the situation. Meantime, let a brother be pissed. I worked very hard, and am still working hard, to stay fit. I get the reps in when I can, I still make my own food, but sheesh..Im chunking up man! The human body was not meant to do this. To all you shift workers making it happen...my hats off to you. A simple grave OR swing would be okay,not both!
