Happy with weight-loss. Had a good session at the gym last night. Overall feeling great it has been an interesting journey so far and now definitely a lot easier. I know what and when to eat to achieve my results. The first 3 weeks were hard, the temptations to stop the diet, cheat, everything under the sun except dieting but got through that. Just need to keep soldiering on now for the next year until I achieve my goal.
