Gained 500g knew that was going to happen after last nights dinner took all precautions, went to gym before and after, looked at Menu before I reached the restaurant. I think my choice could have been better but I just love ribs. Next time I will try be more level headed.

I feel your pain- I love ribs too!! Had to resist them the other day at “spurs” and ordered a healthy salad 🙂
