Well, I finally dropped a few pounds. Being sick does take time to get over!

I've changed a few things. Upped my level of cruciferous and green leafies to about 3 cups a day. It is all I can manage for now, but I'm gradually adding them in as my body adjusts. Also added MCT oil to my morning coffee and to salads.

Went back to adding ACV into my green smoothie. I'm seriously starting a savings for a Vitamix. They are pricey, but guaranteed and I'm so tired of having bilge in the bottom of my smoothies! So I'll put aside some dollars each month until I have enough. In the mean time, I'll use a strainer:)

Looking for organic grass fed meat and chicken is difficult! I'm going to check out whole foods today. I did find a 64 oz bottle of ACV at Walmart, which I shall pick up. Even though eating Keto is more pricey, I'm saving so much in not buying carby things like I used to.
