Hey, down 3 pounds in a week. This last week I tried 16:8 fasting. I only eat between noon and 8pm. This works great for me because I have noticed my weight hasn’t really gone anywhere and wanted to try something new. I use to eat a lot of granola in the mornings. High sugar. Cliff bars, cereal. And at night I would veg on the couch eating late at night. For me it’s mind over matter. I do get hungry about 10:30am. I just fight through it. Oh, and also eat two slices of Dave Killer Bread each day. Bread is my weakness. Love it. Also cheated with cookies as well. I really think IF has health benefits. Those who haven’t read into IF should at least read about it with an open mind. I thought I would try it for thee weeks. What can it hurt.
