Its been too long since ive been on here.. 11 days....and though i have been working out my eating has lapsed a little.. for instance I'm mixing very good with very bad..Im off tp the gym now for a personal session with Issc my trainer he is really good but I know what's good I just got to eliminate the crap and get the good back into my life....
It has started to get to me a bit but Im hoping this session puts me bak on track.. I worked out in the park yesterday.. alone.. just went running wish nearly killed me so I skipped... i was out there for 35 mins then I went for a long walk so im still working out just gotta get the eating thing under control.. speak later..x

My breakfast doesnt actually show true on this.. I didn't have breakfast as I was going to the gym but I squeezed three carrots, an apple and two tangerines.. it was good..
When I got back I had some smoked mackrel with chinese cabbage, pak choi and onions, peppers and tomatoes with one slice of wholemeal pitta with a dash of tobasco sauce.. I didnt fill my plate but I feel content I have been drinking water all day and will continue to do so.. Hope that give a better account of what I have eaten today..

I lost 4lbs!! Im so happy!! if I can keep this up that will be great.. I suppose this healthy eating thing is working.. the great thing is i don't feel like i have been deprived of anything.. my portions are smaller and im eating more fruit and veg..The juicing is really helping as it really flushes me out and helps me to fill full.. I still have chocolate but i don't have crisps anymore..I also work out at least three time per week with a game of babmington thrown in for good measure.. I hope I can keep this up but I suppose this is just the start and i have a long way to go..

I haven't entered for a while but eating has been not bad.. today I had 2 scrambled eggs i slice of brown pitta 1 slice tomato and some mushrooms.. I also had two glasses of juice.. beetroot, apple, celery and kiwi.. not bad! Those juices really fill you up!
Im not hungry but think about what Im eating all the time.. I have to go and shop now coz Im low on fruit.. I find that I spend more time in the kitchen preparing food, cutting and slice fruit putting stuff in containers and it just gets crazy!
My cousin said i looked more toned which is all the encouragement i need to keep going.. I need to eat more fish.. my boyfriend hates seafood but I love it! So Im going to buy more fish for my dinner! Today!
PS I still havent weighed myself.. Im scared.. I know I should and will tomorrow.. will let you know the outcome..
