I feel like I'm starving! It's lunch time and I've already eaten my allowance of calories. We literally have NO fruits and vegetables in our house, and won't until Friday which I'm sure is part of the problem. I've been eating carbs and dairy for 3 days, and keep meeting my RDI by lunch time. WHY AM I SO HUNGRY!!! And how can I curb this appetite and stop feeling hungry 24/7!?

I didn't get a walk in this morning! My poor puppy is sick! So I spent the morning cleaning up after him :( I plan on doing a 60 min walk this evening to make up for it, as well as another round of strength training. Nothing will slow me down !!

Setting a small goal. I want to reach 180lbs by June 30th. That's a reasonable 2 lbs in about 3 weeks. I'll stick to counting calories, and continue to increase my walking distance each day. I'll weigh myself on monday of each week.

This week is going to be MUCH better. I can feel it. Also, wedding plans are full speed ahead lately! Never a dull moment planning.
