Off to a good start this week. I have been off track for weeks now. But I am determined to get going again in the right direction. I got up early and went to the gym. It was not easy gettingout of bed. Every fiber of my body hurts today, butI know my pain will be easier to manage if I have worked out. And I also know that I am able to control my eating habits better when I have worked out. Why do I keep ending up in this same rut when I know these things?! Oh well, I can't change the past, so I am moving forward.
Yesterday I did cardio,and upper body. Today I did cardio and lower body. I am going to alternate those 2 things. I need to stay motivated and on track. We leave for AL in less than 3 weeks. I doub't there will be any formal exercise when I am away. So I really want to make these days count!
Also, I'm back to drinking my green smoothies. yum!
