Well I was without a computer for a few days, then I had one for a day, then without again! Stinky! I have been using hubby's computer a bit, but I tried not to be on it all the time as well... At any rate, I have been busy as heck. Canning season! Hurray! And subsequently, I am also eating pretty well. Lots of raw foods around!

Havent had a computer the last few days to log in my food or activities. Sorry about that. :) I still feel confident that I was on target

Yesterday (August 21) was our son's 9th birthday. he requested GREEK food for his birthday meal and I was able to control the OFFERING of food on the table and its fat content fairly easily. I do believe I went over in my daily fat intake desired level, but it was also a birthday party in which I ate cake! I really cant fuss too much about going over a bit on special occasions - Especially when birthday so often mean pizza - lasagna - pastas - fatty dipping sauces - chips - and sodas! None of the above were part of my day. Most of my day was Pita points, veggies, and this ASTOUNDING Roasted red pepper and walnut dipping stuff that was simply amazing (And only a half a cup of walnuts in a HUGE HUGE batch)
So I wont be hard on myself about this - there is no need.
