It's January 4, 2012. I obviously have failed at losing the weight. Too much beer and not enough exercise. I am back now. I have to just take one day at a time, because I cannot remember their last time, or if I have had 3 to 4 meals in a day. There were days where I didn't eat. That is not healthy and it ends now. I want to see how many days in a row that I eat every 2 hours.

The big deal is not eating sugar, drinking alcohol or smoking. At first it wad difficult, after a while it gets easier.

I have given up sugar and alcohol. I have developed a plan for the week of March 14th.. I get out of bed by 9:30 every morning and at the gym by 11:00am. I just want to do this for one week and then see the progress. I have a new job that will help with nutrition because now I can buy groceries. I am also shooting for being in bed by midnight, 12:30am at the latest.

okay I'm doing this. I have decided not sad anymore or have any excuses for anything. I went to the gym today did cardio and weights. I am getting sugar of all forms out of my life. Taking control is a little scary, but I can do it. I gained 35 pounds since last year. It was the hardest year of my life. It's over now I'm in the drivers seat.
