Another good day. Had a better breakfast today ( much better to decide the night before breakfast & lunch ) Went for a walk after my meeting @ work with Bob & kelly I AM GOING TO MAKE THIS A HABIT AFTER DINNER FROM NOW ON :) Will focus on drinking more water too. Averaging 4-6 glasses need to bump up tp 8.

Today was a good day. I was kinda rushed this a.m. before leaving for work so didn't eat a good enought breakfast ( but was so busy @ work that I didn't have time to think about being hungry ) I will improve on that tomorrow. Lunch & dinner were satisfying & good too.

Hi my name is Sue, I am 55 years old & very overwieght.
I have colitis & have not been very active for some time.
I want to lose weight to be healthier, have more energy & feel better inside & out.
Monday Aug. 9th will be the first day for my fresh start. I am looking forward to sharing our challenges & successes together.
