Hi everyone, I am still here. I have just been holding at the same weight for weeks now. I really haven't been following the diet though just eating well and making better decisions. My exercise is on hold too, I sprained my foot, not my ankle, my actual foot. So now I am hobbling around in a big black boot. Anyways, I have been stressing really really hard for the past couple weeks and I am sure that is why I can't seem to drop a pound. I still have another 10lbs to lose. I am supposed to hand my business over to the new owner tomorrow, I pray that actually happens, then it will be one less stressful thing in my life. I hope everyone is well, I have still been checking in although not posting anything. Once, I am back on my feet I will be more diligent with the food and exercise, at this point I can really only try and eat well so I don't gain. Good luck to everyone, hang in there everybody!!!!

Lost a couple more pounds. Have been doing the efs now for about 3 1/2 weeks and have lost 10 pounds, it's amazing. I cheated some over the weekend but otherwise I am doing really good with the food and the exercise believe it or not. I hope I can get myself down in the 120's that would be amazing. I hope everyone is well.

Lost a couple more pounds, can't really stress that it's not more as it's that time of the month and I know I am holding on to some water weight. Oh well, can really feel a difference. I am exercising every day and eating like I am supposed to. I did cheat once over the weekend. I am planning a Vegas trip and want to lose some more before I go. Hope everyone is well.

I am so happy the weight is finally starting to come off and I am noticing such a difference in the past couple days. I couldn't believe that I had weighed in at 137 on Mon and I have dropped to 134. Finally my clothes are getting loser, I have lost 8 pounds!!!! I have been really following the diet plan day by day and I have been exercising every day, like I said before not the whole 60 mins as requested. I get in 30mins. I have finally worked up to 30mins on the elliptical, big accomplishment as the first time I got on it I could go like 2 mins. Of course, escrow can't close on time on my business, too many corporate requirements, I will probably be here another week or so. I can't let that phase me, I am just too proud of myself at the moment. Good luck to everyone..
