Sunday is a difficult day for me. I just logged in everything I can recall that I ate...whoaaaaa. THEY SAY confession is good for the soul...I say it just makes us accountable for our actions. Will try and do better NEXT Sunday.

Yesterday started great, then "crashed and burned"!!! DO NOT TRY THE PUMPKIN COOKIE BUTTER-VERY DANGEROUS consumed almost a whole sleeve of saltines with just a little "dab" on each cracker. Back on track today. Pumpkin cookie butter should really come with a warning.

Silver Sneakers luncheon today...all those calories "snuck up on me"...but you have to try a little of everything or risk hurting somebody's feelings! Ah well lucky to have friends and the chance to socialize with people I genuinely like!! Tomorrow's another day.

OK made it through Labor Day, which means BBQ with all the fixings(beans, potato salad, rolls, desswssseeeerrrrts ...whew!! Could have done better...could have definitely done worse. Back on track tomorrow and not going to worry about what I ate today. It's only food, we celebrate holidays with family, friends and food, I am going to be grateful I have plenty of both!!

slow weight loss, that's ok. Gotta remember this is a new life habit, NOT "temporary diet restrictions".
