recovery is in full swing now... gained a total of 8 kg and the eating disorder team want me to gain 1 more and then go back down to 66kg, so close I can do it 👍👍 feeling great and have so much more energy

I've gained again... I think I will gain 2 kg more so that I can get cahms off my back then I'm gonna loose weight again... having this extra weight is making me feel really uncomfortable... I'm not sure if I can gain 2kg more and act like it's fine but I'm just gonna have to try... but the urges to restrict are so strong...😕

to get my average caloric intake for the week to be lower than my goal I have to eat less than 926 cals a day. this wouldn't be hard if I was still at school but because of lockdown I can't skip meals... I'll just try to keep it low...

with my binge of 1000+ calories yesterday my total only came up to 2056 so that's ok I guess...

So I've finally got my thyroid tablets and now hopefully I'll start losing weight... though today I'm gotta eat whatever I want cos it's my nan's funeral and she was very close to me, so I honestly don't care about weight or food today, or maybe even for a few days...
