did well all week but splerged a bit with a few oreo cookies and a small potato for dinner on Thursday.
been consistant with working out each day also I have been working abs everyday. And I am down a pound not a lot but it is a start. we'll see what next week brings.

Worked out on Saturday, not Sunday.
ate alright but not perfect.
shooting for better this week.

Final, is today so hopefully I can get back to the usual
Yesterday I did good
worked out really hard my stupid Ipod was in compotition with the stupid scale and was not working so it made it hard to BE in the zone. But I made it happen and did not leave although I contimplated it.

veggie tray w ranch
olives,cucumbers,tomatoes,onions,mushrooms
Ice coffee sf syrup
lunch
green chicken chili
1 corn tortilla
snack
nosugar added ice cream w choco
dinner
3 green chili tacos w cheese/ redhot
