Considering I haven't been on here in almost 2 weeks due to LIFE.....I have done well. My car was broken into and my purse stolen, so I have been busy dealing with all those issues and really haven't concentrated so much on journaling etc. I tried to stick to my diet while running around town and taking calls. I even made it to Curves 4 times each week while dealing with everything. It really helped relieve the stress I was dealing with and helped me drop a few pounds! Let's see what this week brings!

My first day went really well. I had a Curves shake for breakfast, went and worked out at Curves, and then came home to clean! I ate a curves bar for a snack before cleaning and then finally stopped to eat lunch. I made myself a healthy salad with very little lite dressing on it. Surprisingly, I didn't even eat half of it and was full. For an afternoon snack, I had a granola bar and then made a healthy chicken pizza for dinner. Overall, it was an easy day where I didn't think about CHOCOLATE. I even made it through the day without wanting a Coke. I am half way through my second day and I'm doing just as well as the day before. I won't be weighing in until I reach the week mark. We'll see how I do then! :-)
