Well, terrible on eating tonight. Oh well, just start over fresh tomorrow morning. My son finished up football practice and it was just the 2 of us tonight, he asked for McD's and I got some chicken nuggets & fries. mmm good, but really terrible for me. But like I said, oh well, I'll start fresh tomorrow and it'll be ok.

Yesterday was good, have discovered that I'm tired of eggs for breakfast so I'm on a mission to find other things for breakfast other than eggs. My sister told me that she just eats whatever she might eat for lunch or dinner at breakfast, so I think I'll try it. This morning I woke up with a terrible headache and an upset stomach, I'm not sure if its because of a bug or possible my body upset about the change in my eating....hmmm. Just don't know, but I feel terrible! My first instinct was to go for the coffee with lots of cream and sugar and a hot bowl of oatmeal, but I refrained. Probably haven't had enough protein or calories this morning, but it was what I could get myself to eat. Also made a nice hot cup of green tea w/ mixed berries - very comforting. Hopefully this will past and I'll be feeling brite and cheerie again soon.

Oh goodness. I can't believe how well my week is going. Today is day 6 for me and one time I've been tempted to eat some carbs - it was a chocolate frosted long john from dunkin donuts and it was the last one in the box. But, thankfully I just smelled it and threw it away. The chocolate frosting smelled good but not good enough to undo all my work for the week. I don't understand how this site's nutritional information is calculated because something that I know has less than 1 carb per serving is showing up as 2 carbs per serving and then it doesn't track the fiber so I can get the net carbs. Somedays it looks like I'm really carbing it up, but I don't think I am. Still having issues with getting enough calories, but I think adding my snacks will help that out, as long as it doesn't backfire on me and increase my carbs.....I don't know. It feels like it's a little bit of trial & error on my part trying to find my way. I'm hapy to just still have the determination and committment to stick with it. I'm proud of myself and glad I'm finally taking care of me. WOOHOO!!! Almost 10 lbs gone!!!
