I joined this app and I loved the support I got on here and it helped me stay strong. over past month every time I log on all I see are sexual conversations between Chestnut and most of the women on here and its sick. he says he has a GF.. most women also have partners and yet they are happy to indulge him. Would you be happy if this was your partner messaging women or men like this on Facebook or Instagram for example?? What's the difference?? its easy to say to ignore it but I cant. this site lost its moral code and it's time to move on. good luck to you all

Another small victory. Didn't get to gym this week as work has been busy but I did get myself 10kg kettlebell and did 100 swings 4 times this week.
Averaged around 1850kcal and continued to avoid snacking.
Would love to get into double kg digits before end of the year but let see how it goes. Onto week 4.

No snacking is paying off 😊 I averaged around 1700kcal this week and went to two spinning classes. No problems with sticking to the new regime as yet, but I know the temptation is coming soon.. so I better be prepared 😂 I hope the exercise will get easier soon as at the moment I feel like a whale on that bike 🙈 Good luck everyone xx

Focused this week and here are the results, very happy! I averaged 1800 kcal per day, stayed away from treats and snacking and ate reasonably healthy. I also went back to gym and did a spinning class. It was tough after not doing anything for so many months.. it can only get easier, as it couldn't get worse 😂
This week I will stick to the same eating routine but I'm doing two spinning classes and will see where this takes me. Happy Sunday everyone xxx
