I'm so SURPRISED🤩!! I went on vacation 2 weeks ago to Florida and we drove there (it took a whole 24 hours of driving) so I ate SOOO much fast food😩on the way and when we got there. Since I wasn't home where my regular food was. I really thought I was going to gain all my weight back🥺. When I came back home I did gain weight (Weighed myself with clothes and shoes usually I weigh without those) I knew my clothes were adding some weight but still I was over. I tried to get back on track when I was at home and not stress over it and turns out I did the right thing! 😁 and I lost some weight after. (I was just trying to lose the weight from the vacation to get back where I was I didn't think I was going to lose more weight than where I was.)

I started my weightloss journey March 17 2020 when lockdown started at 210lbs. I lost 10lbs and was at 200 I was about to enter the ✨wonderful ones✨, but I plateued at 200lbs and didn't know how to break it. I gained 13-20lbs back. After that I stopped tracking. I rapidly gained weight after a dark period in my life. reaching my highest 📈 weight 254lbs/April 7th 2021. Seeing that number I knew I had to lose the weight. I could feel and see the weight on me, I hated it. That was last month. I've been losing 📉 weight since then and I lost 10lbs already. My GOAL is to LOSE 90-100LBS💯 in a year. I already lost 10 so 90 more to go❗❗My goal weight is 140-150lbs.
