Ok, so starting Monday, new year coming, new me. I can't continue like this and its too hard to be fat anymore. So this time, one day at a time. First goal will be to just lose weight. Once I reach under 300 (299) will then start an exercise program. Its hard with Stan in the house because he brings all kinds of sweets in. So one day at a time.

Ok, have to get back on track, my birthday week was fun, but time to get serious again about this. Have gained way too much. I should follow my sons example and record everything.

Training myself to understand that I can snack at night watching tv but needs to be healthy. So doing frozen grapes : )
