The last couple of days have been hard... Ive still been exercising and taking my classes for an hr each day but i feel like I'mm not pushing myself enough and my diet is just up and down i have not been following my points as closely as i should in fact morning is about the only time I even put my foods in.. A friend of mine from high school died from a car crash on the 20th It was her birthday and she had 2 little ones. Every time I look at my little girl I think of her two boys who are now left without a mom.. I always knew life was short but this really brought it into prospective. I am trying to not let this get me out of control of my eating but ive really started to turn to food as a comfort . Im just glad i have my little girl to push me into staying active.. She will bring me my shoes and her shoes and run to the stroller as she loves to be pushed in the stroller which helps bc it takes me out of the slump im in.. Excited/nervous about my trip im going on fri... Hoping my next grocery shopping trip will be successful in buying healthier options.
