So I’m enjoying the app so far but can’t figure some minor things out. How do you add a picture to your post in the app, is there a way I’m overlooking? I’m usually using it on my mobile. And why won’t the app let me follow more people? Is it something that stops after you’ve been on here longer?

I’m at work today and of course there are cupcakes and cookies in the break room, but I am staying strong because I don’t need that right now. Walked a little over 10 min during morning break and got a wrap from subway for lunch. I know cutting back on the sweet treats will help me get closer to my goals. I’ve got all my meals planned for today so I don’t go off script 👍🏻

Hi, I am trying to figure out this app, I used it once a long time ago. I've been using noom but their database is not the most accurate. Still going to use it for the articles but I prefer to see my protein, carbs, etc. I've never been able to stick with MFP. Hoping this will be a good compromise since it does sync with RallyCoach (free weightloss coaching through my insurance). But not sure if it will sync with my garmin watch, which is a bummer if it doesn't. I recently upgraded my fitbit to a garmin watch and don't plan on switching back.
A bit about me, I've got 35 more pounds to lose, I've been working on this a while and am currently about 20 down from my highest weight. I don't necessarily always follow a specific diet per se, I just try to eat healthy and do my best:) I'm 38 years old and want to be my healthiest version of myself. I am also a wife, mom of 2 boys and love animals. I work as a registered nurse so trying to balance my nutrition can be a challenge at times due to my schedule but I've gotten a bit better at it!
