Made some "nice cream." It melted pretty quickly but it still tasted good!

Hi! I'm back! And this time I'm sticking to it... at least until Christmas because ain't nobody gonna put me off Christmas food lol. Anyway, new game plan: a plateful of healthy foods with .5 cup of less-healthy food. Win-win.

I feel like I'm probably gaining a bit of weight, but I don't really care. I mean hey, I'm not eating too terribly and I'm having fun working out, so the number on the scale doesn't really matter to me. Besides, I've been doing quite a bit of weight training, so those extra pounds I'm probably gaining are from muscle.
I'll have to weigh myself tomorrow to see if my suspicions are correct!

I gained a pound. Oh well, it's not really the end of the world, I know where things went a little wonky. Besides, it's all about feeling good, right? And I do, so I don't really care about that gain all that much. I'm gonna work out a little today, then tomorrow if I have the time, then I'll be back to going in the right direction.
