I changed my goal weight. I raised it. I am just too stocky to be 170 lbs. Not bragging but I do have muscle. heh I have a lot of fat too so I still need to lose around 30 pounds. I don't think I have been 210 since 1996! So it is still a challenge!

I have gained some weight back but I think it is a healthy gain. I am taking testosterone shots via my family doctor. Not that I would be ashamed to say it if it were for this reason but it was not a libido issue. The hormone replacement therapy has really helped my mood and my stamina. Before, I would literally start dry heaving and go down to one knee from just walking to the mailbox and back. I thought I was going to die!
MEN, it does not matter if you are having sexual problems or not. You should have your hormone levels checked! I am only 42 and my levels did not even register on the chart they measure by.
My wife and I have all the children we are going to have naturally and of course voice, acne, facial hair is not a big issue as an adult but there are other hormones to check and I never thought testosterone would help with depression and stamina as much as it did for me. I felt better the same day as the first shot!

Not sure how but the weight is staying down. My gym membership is about to expire and I may not have the money to renew it this time. I do have weights at home. I just need the willpower.
