So I went 28% of my RDI Yesterday. I really have to do better today. One of my biggest problems is Coffee I drink to much and I drink it with milk. I thought using 1% would be like not really consuming calories but when you drink 10-12 cups in 24 hours it really adds up. I only sleep 2 to 3 hours at a time sometimes only one. The minute i wake up I have to have coffee and a cigarette....these addictions are what is holding me back. Going to have a good lunch now....(hopefully).
So I did pretty good today...only reached 81% of my daily intake. Does that make up for yesterday? LOL.....My fat intake is way to high and my activity level is way to low....I have to step it up a notch tomorrow...went to bed at 8pm but woke up at ll:30 pm.....It is now 12:41 am on the 24th and i am drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes....I have to find someway to curb this addiction pattern. I need to sleep more.
