To anyone who is struggling to loss weight, MOTIVATION !
Well in 2018 I weighted 103kg's. My weight never really bothered me but my clothes not fitting was an issue. I later developed that year back pains and a struggle with my breathing. This really scared me. So this FORCED me to lose weight. At that time I knew nothing about calories and lost 8kg's by eating little food.
In 2019 I was 93kg's and content with where I was. So that year I moved away from home. So as that year went I was 90kgs without realising and I decided to buy new clothes to celebrate this milestone. Unfortunately, that year I experienced a BREAKUP and I decided to go back home just to relieve stress. LET ME SAY I ATE. The new clothes sadly did not fit me at ALL.
I decided to lose the weight and I remember weighing 86 kg. I lost this weight by not eating and being UNEDUCATED about my weightloss journey.
When 2020 came I quit and I was 96kg. Nothing fit me and all my old clothes I had given them away. I was tired, I felt uncomfortable in my body though I was always the very tall big girl in class. I did a video talking about how I felt about everything especially my health and body. I did my research during Covid and I started a life style change. Through learning my body and patience I went from being 96kgs to 71kgs. This all happened in 2020.
In 2021 I was 67kgs sometimes 69 . Unfortunately in December I gained 5kgs and lost it.. What I learned was before you start any weightloss diet. Do your research and be realistic. If you fail forget it and carry on being healthy 😊😊
