Since December I've lost approx 40lbs. I've gained and lost weight many times in my life and I wanted to share some lifestyle changes that have helped me lose so successfully this time around. In the past I resorted to starving myself or used substances to help lose, I'm proud of myself for doing it 'the right way' this time and I'm so grateful for this app and all of you out there on FS. I silently cheer you all on and drool over your pictures😊. Some things to try if you've hit a wall- quitting meat, intermittent fasting, daily probiotics, quitting cigarettes, quitting gluten, quitting soda, quitting alcohol, cutting out junk/processed foods, eating for my blood type (vegetarian diet), eating for my body type (endomorph- consuming high levels of good fats). It took 3 months of consistency for me to be able to tolerate eating mostly veggies everyday. Consistency and discipline is everything. Now that my kids are in school I can actually work out again and start to see even more changes. Giving in to cravings sometimes is totally fine but never give up!!
