So I've learned that when you break your leg and end up in a cast from your thigh to your toes you may gain some weight after almost 10 weeks! Back at it, slowly though.

I've been on the road for over 100 days straight, I didn't lose much, but I was able to at least drop a little bit and not gain. Hard to eat right in some of the locations I visit. Thankfully there is a LOT of space to walk and get in some cardio in the forest areas I've been in.

For almost 2 months I was in a location where Fat Secret was flagged as PORN and I couldn't log in. LMAO! Not sure what those boys had been doing at the drilling site before, but they are LOCKED DOWN now! I couldn't even watch Netflix!
Ate decent while I was there and the workout facility wasn't too bad for a remote site, so I lost a few pounds.
This weekend WILL be a bit of a serious cheat for me though. My best friend since childhood (female) is getting married next weekend and we are having a BIG celebration this weekend.
So, back to regular check-ins and eating right on Monday. Have a great weekend all!
