Good morning fatsecret!
I am on the hot track of exercising. I bought a bicycle back in December and have finally started to use it! I forgot how much fun I used to have cycling when I was a kid. It's a bit harder to get up those hills, but I can definitely feel the burn.
My muscles are not used to all this movement and I have been pretty sore. I love the feeling because I know I am getting my muscles conditioned for a healthy and more athletic life-style.
I have been using my Nutribullet, LOVE IT! It's one of the best things I could have ever received as a gift.
I am not sure why my weight says it's gone up? I wonder if it's possible that I am burning fat and building muscle? I feel it in my clothes that I am losing inches, so it makes me feel better. I already went from a 24 to a 22. I cannot remember how long ago I went down a size, but I am excited!

Hi all,
I have not been able to log in for a while. I know the holidays tend to get me out of my routine or lack there of. I had a great holiday and new walking sneakers! I am happy to report I also recieve a Nurtibullet which will help me keep my body happy and healthy. I have had some weight loss and I couldn't be happier. I am taking the stance of progress not perfection! I am happy to be feeling good about my body and where my fitness journey will take me. Happy New Year all! :0)

Hello all! Today I feel really hungry. I may have too many carbs in my eating plan so I will have to take a look at that. It really is hard to eat healthy when you do not have the budget to support it. I live in California and my boyfriend and I tried couponing, but it's always for carb enduced foods. I love veggies I just need to try new/fresh spices and recipes. Also on my to-do list is prepping all my meals on Sunday. I know it's going to be hard, but I can do it.
I feel better after to writing this. Hope you all are doing fabulous!

Good morning,
well to be fair, I really didn't try since I first signed up on this side. I was not fully ready to committ to working out and eating healthy. I weighed in the beginning of October and weighed 276 lbs and now down to 272 lbs. It's progress not perfection. :0)

So, I am trying to get myself motivated and to keep track of what I am doing food wise and exercise wise. I am hoping this site will help me especially since I use the computer 95% of my day when I work. I will have no excuse to not check in and do my daily journaling. Here's to life, happiness and health!
