Okay...it's time to get serious about this - again! I've finally trained myself to eat, instead of skip, breakfast daily. And I've added exercise 3 times a week to the mix. I just have to make sure I add in some sort of exercise on the other days as well, even if it's just a few minutes of yoga stretching.
Now comes the hardest part of the equation...stress eating and snacking! I also need to NOT weigh myself daily! If I'm up, I get depressed. If I'm down, I think maybe I can sneak in a little treat...bad, bad, bad <slapping hand>! Got to watch out for those slippery slopes! From now on, I weigh only on Tuesday mornings!
Fruits...more fruits!

Getting this cast off tomorrow (hopefully) so I may lose a couple more "cast pounds"...but I couldn't really recommend the Broken Bone Diet to anyone...too frustrating! LOL!

Been off the reservation for a while...LOL! Not that I've been eating improperly, but hard to be regulated on a diet when you can't cook! See, I broke my leg on the 6th and my husband Dave has had to do all of the cooking and cleaning since then. He has us both on what he is calling the Dave Commando Diet...using up what's in the 'frig and pantry and only buying staples as they are used up. Must be working because he says he's lost 5 pounds and when I managed to stagger onto the scale (quite a feat when covered in fiberglass from hip to toe!) I'd lost too...hmmm, I wonder how much this cast weighs?
Well, I'll know more in two more weeks when I hope to be free from this cocoon :)
