Day 19/ 120

Sweet and sour chicken, where does the time go!? Still feeling rather frusturated with myself and trying to figure out what it is i need to do to start loosing weight..today i started lowering my calories by 200 and still eating 5 times a day..and i was reading up on plateauing and thing it has alot to do with my lack of sleep..I have this reminder on my phone that it takes 4 weeks for yourself to start noticing a change, 8 weeks for your friends and family and 12 weeks for the rest of the world..KEEP GOING..shitty for me, i am not noticing the change and week three is fast approaching and end... i think these tiny adjustment will help me alot. I love working out and being at the gym but perhpas with my lack of sleep and over exerting it is doing more harm then good. Well i best get on my day, i am going to go find my nephew a gift during my lunch break and fill up my H20 on the go bottle..Happy wednesday buddies, and to my fellow canucks cheers to a short week *holds protein shake in the air - I.MISS.BEER. haha.
