42 days in & 39 Lbs Fat Loss
12 Lbs Muscle Mass Increase
Balance = 39-12 = 27 Lbs Weight Loss to Date
Easy to get deterred when you've put in some heavy work and clean eating & the scales only show 1 Lbs ⬇️.
Then you go to the calipers & it shows a clearer picture of your efforts:
39lbs Fat lossed in fkin 42 days, a true reflection on my work rate tbh.
Also the 12lbs Muscle increase though may seem overzealous, seriously feels that way, my arms and all round muscle mass is as strong as it's ever been.
Seriously now, my Arms for instance were pure nothing but Bingo Wings. Now they are fkin strong like proper strong, my wife's fkin scared of me when I hug her now 😜
Prior to this Season, my previous attempts at this have been underwhelming when it came to weight training. This time has been different and intentional with some high focus.
Anyway enough sh!t talk.
