I seem to have lost weight in the last couple of months. Well, I think I've been losing over the last several months, but especially in the last couple of months. I have not really changed my diet except for not drinking soda very much. I have not been exercising whatsoever. I think the biggest change is that I have been eating less. Even though I eat whatever I want (except not as much soda), I don't eat as much as I used to. I think that's why I've dropped weight. I'm still not happy with my body though because I need to exercise.

I don't know how, but not only have I not gained weight, I have lost weight. I guess I've been eating less because I haven't been exercising and I certainly haven't been eating healthy these days. I'm pretty shocked!

I've been very sick with a cold, and I lost my appetite. I always lose weight when that happens. However, my appetite is back, so I will probably gain back a few pounds. I'm trying to eat small portions though.

Well, I didn't start dieting today as planned. Not only that, but I pigged out on chocolate! And, now Halloween is coming. Not good.... Gotta get my act together.
