Bad on diet. Had unsweetened chocolate pudding with cearm, ate a froxen pizza...went out of ketosis for approx. 3 days. Back on diet. Don't think I had quite this many calories.....more like 1800...entered 1 item 2 xs. Feeling good tho.

Not doing good job following %. Found Arctic Frozen Dessert...not good! Had 1 pint last night, another today....too many carb & sugar. Not showing in Ketosis right now. Darn. Will be careful on food today. So far, showing higher protein than fat. Need to balance and get stricter on diet. Darn.

Okay. I realize I can't cheat the system! When I hear that people don't use artificial sweetener, I can see why. It seems to stunt the weight loss. I am craving sweets and a satisfying feeling of being full. I am craving carbs...no longer have the headaches...still a little weak, but missing my normal, unhealthy food. So far, being a beginner, I haven't wanted to post any comments or let people in to my diet...which I think is awesome to do...because of the support and great ideas they can give..but I'm sure that will change over time. In my first week, I lost 11 lbs, I have had less water the last 2 days and have gained back 1 of those pounds, and held stable at 10 for the 1st week. I need to continue to be diligent to the diet if I want to see the weight fall off. I know this works, and I feel healthier, even though I have 85 to go! Need to prepare meals in advance, put together shopping list...so I am not always thinking about food and what to eat next.

First time my weight went up in 8 days. Don't know if it's a stall since I dropped 11 lbs the first week, or because of chancing the diet 7 up and unsweetened jello. OR possibly because I don't think I drank enough water. Looking for comments from group. I am putting what I eat today in yesterday's spot (6/9) because I accidently noted yesterday's on tdy's calendar for food entrée. Slight headache. Slept in til 9:30...haven't don't that in ages!! Probably because house too hot...leaving it at 84 at night.

Still trying to figure out what I can have/have not! Feeling slight headache & weakness. Has been approximately a week of getting in to ketosis. Eating unsweetened jello & drinking Sparkling Water and Diet 7 up to help with my water....hopefully, won't take me out of ketosis. Looking for more meals to make. Still having a hard time getting my fat in. Believe I have taken in less today then I actually did, but rather error on side of too much. Will start swimming within next couple of days. Weight down from 247 a week ago. YeeHaw!
