Ok, I forgot to put down my weight last Saturday - but I am doing well so far with this diet! I have lost 3 lbs so far and hope to go down to 125-130 before I go to Maui on Oct 17! I am very excited and I want to look great with the bikinis!

Okay, I switched to the ABS Diet the past week. That's right, I'm no longer on Fat Smash Diet- though, I loved it and it worked but I really wanted to tone and define my body. With just 15-20 lbs to go, so I thought I should add strength training so that way I can look GREAT for my Hawaii trip in October. I think I'd be more comfortable wearing bikinis if I had just lose mere 15-20 lbs more! It's my first week this week. Hope I will succeed!
Soo, my SFD pals - hope you'll still support even if we're on different diet. Smile.
As for ABS Diet people, feel free to add me on your friends' list!

Still same weight... although I ate reasonably well but I didn't really exercise a lot the past week.
I just bought the ABS Diet book as I really want to tone up as I think I look good but need to tone up the flabby parts that I have now.
Btw, I reserved the vacation package going to Hawaii in October so that's why I want more diversity of exercise to tone up the certain areas (arms, thighs, and tummy). I want to weigh at least 120 lbs.

Ok, I only lost 2 lbs so I'm back on the track! Although, I didn't lose much as I would like have but I'm still happy!
I'm going to work harder next week. Especially put more effort in the exercise because I didn't really work out hard the past week and took it easy as I've been out of shape for about a month.
I look forward to the more results! My goal is to weigh at least 120 lbs before I go to Hawaii in October. Yeah baby!
