YIPPIE!!!!!! I DID IT!!!! AND SO CAN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thats right everyone here on fs. I finally did it the last 10 pounds were the hardest!!!! and now I exceeded my goal weight by one pound,,, I am so very proud of myself, I had to get on the scale 5 times to make sure it was right... I texted all my friends and family except terrie of course.. to give them the good news and thank them for all there love and support and especially my husband for always loving JUST ME!!! no matter what weight I was, .....
Now I did all of this in less then a year 74 pounds gone,, now I need to tone up the under arm, and upper thigh and I would like to tighten up my stomach, I can't (not allowed) doctors orders NO SIT UPS!!! I have a really bad right hip and they do some wierd thing to my lower back?????? very painful..
anyway,, I need to stay in CONTROL, to keep it off, one day at a time....
Congrats to me and to all of you that have reached your goals wether small or big... they are all important...
Keep on trying and never give up even if you have a bad day ,, start fresh the next day, and you will be proud of your self with the final results!!

Goodmorning,,,
Ok, A pound is a pound!!!!! so, I will take it.. I am working out harder this week, and trying differnet leg and foot movements when running, and instead of pilates we are weight training 2 days a week, only a half hour session each..but all I can afford right now.It is raining and sleeting this morning so I am going to try a dvd that I bought It is a fat blasting latin dance mix.. so hopefully I will burn fat and learn how to dance. I will let you know how it is.....
