Have decided to give it another try. have been very depressed in the last few months and so am now going to counselling and hoping this will help. don't know diets don't work for me and after losing a few pounds it all comes back on again.

not back to walking yet and don't know when, but I have to try to get back to eating well so can lose weight.

Have had a bad summer with regard to weight loss, and I have now gained about 8 lbs. I really feel bad and had just about given up. all the walking I was doing caused injury to my ankle and it is taking a very long time to heal. Doctor says that is one of the things that happens when you are diabetic. right now i am too frustrated and that only causes me to eat. I had MRi to confirm damage to my ankle (tendons) and a couple of other things like internal swelling and so on. was feeling so good about losing weight until July and then everything went wrong once again.
I've been told that I can lose weight w/o exercise, but I have always found the too hard to do. no will power I guess.
just started a yoga course as well. but most poses and stitches are better on your feet. will have to do sitting ones for now.

Well, having difficulty eating so many greens and will have to figure out a somewhat different meal plan. I am not a person to stick to same thing every day and really like variety. love green smoothies though and will use them at least once a day. have not been able to walk every day because of foot pain and will have to speak to doctor as it comes and goes. but all in all I feel I can still lose the rest of weight, but have to do so slower that I first thought.

now on to one pound of greens a day plus plenty of fiber and fruit. don't forget water. I know I can do this and walking should be OK tonight after soaking feet / ankle in Epsom salts and Tea tree oil.
