still dropping, Friday seems to be a good day to weigh in, I will not lose a drop all week then Friday is comes off!!! Yea for Fridays! My grand daughter is here for the summer so there are forbidden stuff in the house. I am advising to keep it out of my sight. Then last night my husband bought me a pack of M & M's. SHAME ON HIM! I did not eat them but they are sitting on the edge of the living room table taunting me. Good thing I am not a choc o holic.

Lost 2 more pounds! Funny how I will not see a change for a few days and then it drops all of a sudden. It also seems like my clothes should be looser for all I have lost. Went off my diet today, it is my birthday and my anniversary so I had 1/4 waffle and maybe 1/2 tbsp syrup for breakfast (free breakfast at my favorite restaurant! They also gave us a free peach pie for our anniversary. They did give us a sugarless pie so that should not be too bad! We will see what tomorrows weight will be.

My grilled cheese sandwich was hard to figure out the carb rate etc. It was my home made bread and it was a smaller size loaf and slice thin, hard to judge. It is hard to walk and exercise when it is 110° outside!!!!

I have been eating a lot more veggies!!!! I did want to lose 3 lbs a week so I am a bit disappointed this morning however I will take the 2. I did discover this morning that how I stand on my scale makes a little difference in my weigh in.

oops on the sodium again! Dang the Atkins frozen dinner for lunch, hot dogs did not help either
