after waking up today , i am going to try to eat under 1200cals a day, and NOT eat meat mainly beef after what i saw on oprah yesterday!

late last night (monday) had a dainsh i think called a bearclaw from the bakery, home 2 nights now sick with cold/flu, so been laying around alot !

last evening (monday) i had a icicing covered long john from walmarts bakery , not sure what it was called or calories

for dinner also had chili, homemade, tomato sauce, beef, kidney beans, onions,green peppers, seasonings,diced tomatoes, have no clue calories, or amount i ate!

i had done good eating under 1200 cals , got to 125lbs, so i up the cals to 1500, and now just staying between 123-125, so here we go again back down to 1200 cals MAX a day till i hit between 120-123lbs and stay!
