lunch - 285cals, ran out of premade bulgur so I'll have to bump up my carb at snack smells absolutly devine!!!!!!!

this is why I weigh/measure my food. those two tiny peices of chicken (one and a half chicken legs) is 4oz!!! I would have easily eaten twice that thinkinh it was ok and ended being 212cals over my plan for the day.

I dont know why but, these contigo bottles make drinking water so easy. I can guzzle down 16oz in one go without even trying. Put that same 16oz in a regular cup and it will take me forever.

I absolutely LOVE working out, it gives me so much energy makes me feel strong and capable and something about the burn is addicting....... AND STILL I have to force myself to do it. I just dont get it.
