It's so nice to see the scale moving down again. This is the lightest I've been in over 5 years! LOL. That's kinda sad, but definitely exciting!
I've finally stopped freaking out over food again and have been able to follow JUDDDD the way it's supposed to be done. It's been paying off!
Well, I finally jumped on the WiiFit today. Geeeeez, I have been so lazy lately. Not just in exercising, but everything. I have so many errands and chores that I could easily do, but just don't wanna.
No worries though! I like starting things on a Tuesday, so today's the day I get out of my rut. I did the WiiFit, then I'll do some housework. I also have some hobbies that need attention. Hobbies turn into skills, so they're important too!
I hope everyone survived yesterday and feels refreshed!

I woke up SO refreshed today! Since we got a new puppy on Sunday, I've been waking up in the middle of the night to let her pee outside. It may not be exactly like having a baby, but I think it's close!
Anyway, I've been doing my plan like I'm supposed to and I'm getting those results! I'm still getting tempted to go overboard, but the loss is motivation to stay on track.
This is my lowest low since I started the program! Also, I haven't been this weight since a year and a half ago. FINALLY, I can finish what I started in 2006!
I love you guys! Thanks for all your comments. You have no idea how that makes me feel. <3

Okay, I'm finally starting to feel like I'm getting back in control. I'm not so ravenous.. I'm making better food choices.
I was getting a little depressed yesterday, but I'm not "strong" enough to give up. There may be delays, but I will never stop. I just can't handle giving up. It's the worst feeling ever. Now making a few mistakes along the way... that's bearable.
