6 lbs. Typical drop for a first week diet for me. Three attempts at Atkins is my only comparison. Difference is I don't feel deprived at all. Had a chili dog yesterday. How awesome is that? See you next week.

Day after the first Fast Day. Stayed within my RDI but I need to use the benefits of my fast and change how much food I order when I eat out. Same burger I've literally eaten hundreds of times was too much. I powered through it and felt awful later. My stomach felt as if it shrank but I stuffed it full with a double cheeseburger. Think. First week lessons.

Day one. Overshot my 600 by 123. Salad dressing is tricky. Can get by with less and different next time. I'll get it right on Thursday. Try to be close to normal tomorrow and Wednesday.
