Ugh... curiosity got the best of me and I looked a day earlier than I said I would. I cannot begin to describe the level of confusion and disappointment I'm feeling right now. Last week I lost over six... tomorrow finishes off week 3 of challenge and I'm up .8lbs???? I don't understand it at all!
Hell.. I was even using the forbidden sweetened almond milk last week and still the weight was coming off.
Eff you weight gain... eff you stupid scale!!!!
You think you're real funny huh? Well you're not gonna shake me, poopface! I'm gonna keep on doing my thang... eventually you're gonna have to reward me for it!

How do you know the difference between taking a needed break and being lazy?
I'm a little torn right now because I'm absolutely burnt out. The past 2 nights I barely got 5 hrs a night/day of sleep and it was all broken sleep to boot. Between being exhausted, and hormonal, and the bottoms of my feet being bruised.. just the thought of getting out there tonight is making me want to cry. When do you know it's okay to take a night off and when you need to push through it? I don't know what to do. I know I'm not gonna break out of this stall sitting on my bum, but I'm pooped like a turd! 😝 Thoughts?

Stalls belong in bathrooms and stables...not in my weight loss plan. I just pushed myself further in hopes to break out of mine by adding the mini block onto my 3 laps. If for some evil reason it doesn't force movement on the scale in the morning, at least I'm getting that much closer to hitting 2 miles.
