So tired today and I still have to work 8 more hours to go. I am gonna cheat today and have a big lunch - I really need the energy I will make up for it tomorrow.....

So I guess the weight is coming off slowly. All this effort for only one kg per week. wow. But at least I am getting there, that means that in 20 weeks I should have dropped 20 kg's. Thats not bad at all.

So here I am. I am new to this, I have never had to diet in my life as I was always slim. Even after the birth of my 1st child it took me only 3 months to go back down to 63kg. My thinnest was at 52kg (which I loved) but I guess the older you get the harder it is to lose weight. I gained alot of weight while being pregnant with my son and a year after he was born I weigh 10kg more than when I was pregnant with him. I need to make a drastic change so I can get back to my former self and have the energy and stamina that I always had. I have been on the herbalife diet for about one and a half months, and I have lost 4kg so far. I have discovered this website while attempting to count all my calories and I hope that this will help me get rid of the 50kg that stand between me and my weight goals.
