Gotta get back on track, ate out for the whole weekend not to mention did terrible all of last week with my pigging out...cutting out sweetners and sweet things (like snackbars) as much as I can cause before them I only craved sugar occasionally...now I will take cake over just about anything.

BAD WEEK and it's not even done...every day I keep going over the calories, today I ate that Jason's deli chocolate chip cookie (300 calories) that I had from yesterday's meeting. I know I should have given it away instead of letting it sit in my desk.

Ok so yesterday was a bizarre day. I literally felt I couldn't control myself. First I ate a whole bag of carrots, then I ate almost the whole box of cereal (75%)...I just had these uncontrollable cravings where I kept craving the thing even while eating it! I have no idea what happened.

Went to a grocery store hungry....felt like munching on something, at least I went with a bag of baby carrots to munch on. Too bad I ate the WHOLE bag (almost 200 calories of just carrots!)

Trying to stick to 1200 calories but been slipping by about 100- 200 caloties a day...I got into this bad habbit of eating "dessert" aka protein shake or some other kind of sweet thing such as cereal, snack bar, etc...I didn't used to do this and in all honesty had a much easier time keeping to my calories...grrr....
Today also "pigged out" on fruit...sounds dumb I know but it's still all calories....ate an entire bag of freeze dried mango following a large apple and clemantine.....I know it could have been worse but I really didn't need to warf down that much fruit in one sitting yet I couldn't stop myself :(
Also getting really tired during the week. I know two workouts a day can do that but I feel like it's been much worse in the last week since I started the whole Trimspa thing...not sure if it's even doing anything other than making me more tired after the "buzz" from each pill wears off.
