And I try to follow the intermittent fasting diet and basically it is my lifestyle or I am working on making it my lifestyle.

Hey so you all know a little about me. I am a junior in high school and I love to read and I love to play volleyball! So why am I not fit?? Not sure 🤔 but I always have struggled with weight, but I also am built bigger but that is no excuse for me!! So I hoe to become a critical care nurse, receiving patients off the helicopter and stuff like that, so that’s kinda my reason for being fit! Because when I see a nurse or a doctor that just is not fit, it’s kinda my pet peeve so and yeah I just want to be at a healthy weight and nobody guesses me 224 pounds! They almost always guess me somewhere between 140- 160 so I guess I can hide it, but I know the truth and I weigh more than that. So you all have a good day and give me some tips on how I can reach my goal and I’ll try to post some food that I eat soon.
